Delivery：The price is not including customs. Please note that customs will happen when the parcel is in your country and it's on customers' burden.
Return Policies：If the product is damaged or there is a defect due to our mishandling, please contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives.

Refund Policies：As a general rule, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. However we reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a change / refund request or not. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
